Collection One renders all that the Calling of Phasmic Presence has to offer its acolytes; morbid servings of melodic revenant vexations, sadistic blastbeat percussion, entropic noise atmospherics, emaciated tomb production and vacuum vocal orations that weep the fluids from the mind. M has stated that these tracks, written and recorded during the Submission and Slavery sessions, didn't quite fit in with that particular album. I would agree with him, these are a bit more like older Lamp of Murmuur, and don't quite fit the goth, post-punk, black metal vibe of the newest album. Jody B.
