Melodic black metal from the darkest heart of South Korea that revels in the ghastly trenches of pandemoniac putrescence with favour for the occult lords of leer languish that summon nightmares made by medium of cruellest cassette tape upon the season of Autumnal decay.

By four hands, four corpses, four wars and four rites does the crypt labyrinth shake and shudder, as the chanting hordes of necrotic slaves rise forth to those charnel lights spread across the stone, those Shadows of Black Candlelight smote upon their tongues. Releasing a pair of incantations in the age of 2017, Shadows of Black Candlelight is a sagacious take on the melodic black metal alchemical process, one that is wreathed in funerary fog and dreary atmospherics. It is the last of these incantations that have risen again after all these years, to be brought to the hands of acolytes for the first time by medium of cassette tape, by the grim grume glory of Under the Dark Soil.

History of Resurrection, Chant of Necromancy is a thesis of song suffering that prostrates itself before the mortuary divine. A thoughtful and reserved tombstone slab of melodic black metal, History of Resurrection, Chant of Necromancy, prefers to march to its own hypnotic tempo of atmospheric lamentation; rasping vocal orations, clashing percussion, catacomb samples, transparent production, infectious tremolo and lead guitar melodics all ensorcelled in order to make the earth bleed. Those acolytes seeking a refined, mature and engrossing experience of black metal cadaver mourn, need no longer await the funerals to gain their thrills, for the annals of revival have been laid out before them.
